Cycle Steps | |
Warm up from Tircoed or J47 on M4 to Ynystawe then up the Swansea valley and climb up to the Cray Resevoir then descend into Sennybridge. Easy spin with fast east descent into llandovery. take the back road to Llangadog along the valley. start climb over black mountain 8.5 miles, easy until the cattle grid thenhard to top. Descent 4 m into Brynamman and role along to Ammanford, look for Bettws and Scotch Pine hard 2m climb with horrible cattle grid near top just when you are doing 4mph is scrubs the speed off. Over the top and then choose route back to M4 or Clydach to add a few miles, if you have something left in the legs | |

Hi guys new to tircoed can see must have a member living there seeing as many routes starting out from there looking for someone/ group as i just moved in with girlfriend in tircoed. | ||
