A good route from the pub, with a little challenge at the start and steady cycling and viewing on the levels. A stop in Wells for visitors gives an opportunnity for non-nature site seeing, which appeals to those from outside the area. this could be a family ride too, though young children, say under 10, would slow things up considerably.
Othewise it is a very pleasant and safe route for easy cycling.
