Cycle Steps
Loop starting at Cumbernauld Town Centre (East Roundabout), fast down to Wilderness Brae, take 3rd exit off Old Inns Roundabout along to Wardpark Industrial est, take 2nd left after roundabout for retail park and Abronhill, follow road over railway and canal and take left at top of the road head towards Kelvinhead, then Kilsyth follow road through Kilysth and then take right (Altermoney Rd) head along towards Milto of Campsie, then on through to Lennoxtown. Take first road to right (signed for Campsie Golf Club) and head up Crow Road - which is a good climb follow this road up and down twisty road until you see road signed to Denny 12. Take this road and keep on it past the Carron Reservoir and on pst the Carron Valley Hotel and onto Denny. at the end of this road, take the road on the right up th hill and then look out for Myiot Road on the right take this and follow it up and down into Banknock. At the bottom of the road take a right and then continue on this road and take the 2nd road on the left, look for the white house at junction and retrace previous tracks up this road over the canal and railway and take road down to mini roundabout at bottom of road. Turn right and head up toward Old Inns Roundabout and take 1st left and take this road (Wilderness brae) another good cilmb and over towards the Town Centre East Roundabout.
