This is a good road route, mainly on A roads, but with a mix of B roads and country lanes, and with a good mix of small climbs, gentle ascents and flat terrain.
The route goes from Glenavy to Glengormley, Belfast, Liburn and Lurgan before returning to Glenavy.
For nice detour, you can take the towpath from Belfast to Lisburn. This however is a bit slower and adds a few mile onto the length.
