Cycle Steps
This route can be started at any point but taking Hailsham as the starting point it takes in the Historic Town of Lewes, past Anne of Cleaves House, down the C7 Road following the Ouse valley down to the Ferry Port of Newhaven. The next section rides down into Seaford the purpose built cycle route past Tide Mills and then it briefly takes you along the sea front before heading back inland on the Up and Over into Alfriston Village. From Alfriston you cross the A27 (be careful here) into Berwick turning right towards Arlington then back towards Hailsham.
