This is a circular route, mainly flat, largely offroad with a mix of tarmac, gravel and grass/mud pathways including the Thames towpath

Offroad sections are regularly used by cyclists/bridleways though some paths where it may be better to walk.

From Staines follow the Thames waterside path/towpath to Albert Bridge at Datchet/Old Windsor.

Opportunity to extend the ride to Windsor Great Park, Langley Park and Black Park, all offering car parking
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Places to refuel include - Sarnie Cafe, 55 Church St Staines, Runnymede car park and cafe

Places of interest - Runnymede, Staines, Thames, Harmondworth Moor - also Royal Canadian Air Force memorial at the site of a WWII bomber crash

Fairly flat, just a few random small hills for motorway bridges. Enjoyable though near West Drayton. Would suggest detouring into Windsor great park from Runnymede
