Great ride for practicing hills and lovely countryside. Pubs along the route at regular intervals.

Not too busy (cars) but seems like quite a few cyclists have discovered this area.

Road surface/quality is quite variable, so probably no speed records and some of the uphills are quite steep - real grinders, but the downhills are a great reward :-).

Your legs will know you've done a day of hill riding by the end but the scenery and quiet roads are worth it.

Route was great with the exception of the ponds ln section. It was a total dirt road with puddles and mud.

we turned back and continued straight on hound house road till moon hill and it worked well.

The rest of the route is great

It looks there are parts of this that go off road. Or is it a road route?
