|I do this route as a regular mid week training run (I'm a recent returnee to cycling aged 47).
It has a good mixture of ups and downs so that I feel that I've done some proper exercise when I finish.
I prefer to go in a clockwise direction, starting from Wicksteed Park entrance in Kettering.
Some nice scenery and some moderate hills but nothing too strenuous
