Cycle Steps
Starting in Chapel Allerton down and up through little switzerland back down through oakwood, down below Roundhay on Wehtherby Rd then up Elemete lane (pure road bikes might want to just carry on down to Wetherby road). Turning off Wetherby Road on to Red Hall Lane, then Left at end, head into bottom end of Thorner then carry on through turning right up the hill (Bramham Rd), head on to Bramham. Turn left at Red Lion and monument up town hill then to Tadcaster. After bridge turn left into Wighill Lane heading towards Thorpe Arch, past Ind estate take a left into Walton Road, down through Thorpe Arch then Boston Spa, returning through top end of Bramham on Bramham Rd. Head Straight along Thorner Lane then drop down into top end of Thorner then turn right at Mexborough Arms following Carr lane into Shadwell, through along Shadwell all the way to join Harrogate Road at the Moortown M&S. Then straight down Harrogate back into Chapel Allerton. Fin
