|A road route, mainly on country roads, which provides a bit of everything. If you are someone who does not like a ride with hard climbs, then this isn't for you. The route is not that hilly, but the hills there are, are ones that will make your legs burn. However, there is also fantastic countryside and lots of nice pubs to stop at on the way, if required.
On Saturdays, in the summer, it's always lovely to finish the ride and have a drink at Overstone Park Cricket Club, whilst watching the cricket.
Take care going through Brixworth not to get lost. As long as you look out for and follow the road signs to Spratton then you will be fine.
A fantastic ride!

|I am a novice cyclist doing some training for the London to Brighton this year.|
I thought the route was awesome.
Some gruelling climbs, but manageable on my hybrid.
Thank you for putting this up.
