|Main road to start can be busy but cycle lane to newton abbot, have to contend with traffic through newton abbot flat main roads to this point.
Head out past Newton abbot racecourse traffic begins to ease as you go through Kingsteignton claypits on through Chudleigh fork left out of town on old exeter road some steepish hills up to haldon hill in pleasant woodlands turn right heading back to Teignmouth/Torquay pass under A38 and cross over A380 signs for mamhead and Dawlish downhill riding.
At bottom of hill take right back to dawlish on to Teignmouth take left over Shaldon bridge uphill back to Torquay

|I did the exact same route a couple of months ago, but you missed off the best bit along the exe estuary down to star cross and dawlish as well although adds another 10 miles|
