Cycle Steps
This is a good run to stretch the muscles. 35miles in total, mostly along route 75. Starting in Paisley travel through the town and onto route 75. Follow the signs along the path to Kilmacolm. In winter be wary of ice patches on the bridges. Mostly flat. Turn at Kilmacolm following the route back to Johnstone then take the alternate route to Lochwinnoch. Turn back at Lochwinnoch following the route to Paisley. There are only a few small climbs but be aware of a number of sudden bends in the path and walkers who dont move for cyclists.
I recommend the pubs in both towns for a break.
This route is suitable for all bike users.

Great for beginners as some stretch is hilly - easy for the experts I would say but a very nice ride
