| A nice easy city ride with my youngish children, (6 and 8) some good scenery and stops to play at the parks. | ||

| The part of this route beneath the old Bertha bridge which crosses the river Almond has had the embankment made up of large boulders and if you happen to have an accident there you could be severely injured as there is no fence or barrier stopping you from landing on these boulders. | ||
