|This is the route I use for work it is mostly cycle track which makes it easier than going along road. At Lady Octavate Sports Centre go straight on the track goes to a grass trail for couple of hundred yards then restarts on tarmac at top of hill. Turn right then first right, then first left go down to railway station and take the track that runs beside it go right along road til junction then turn right again. Turn left after bridge and thats you back on the track again. Some of this route has steep uphill but not many. Its a pretty good workout should take you about 40 minutes.
