| 1. Great Parndon to Roydon Hamlet, B roads to Nazeing and on to river Lea tow path.
First turning after fish and eels turning, get on the tow path and get in top gear. Ferry boat inn first pit stop, then all locks via Limehouse cut to Lime House Marina, through Canary Wharf for first couple of miles then you have to do next 6 miles on west ferry road to isle gardens.
Into foot tunnel, then Greenwich Park, time for pint in Gypsy moth pub. and back again, had slight detour myself after old ford locks to Leyton marshes etc.
Next pit (or pint) stop Grehound near Ordanace Road Enfield. Route on tow path seems to go on forever from here to cheshunt.
Then it seems to go on for ever a bit more, so all in the mind as one more pub to go.
