| 1. A nice easy route along the canal from the Colliers Arms pub at New Springs/Aspull to Botany Bay, Chorley
Starting off at the Colliers Arms pub, head along the canal past Haigh Hall Country Park and Golf course on your right. Stopping off at the Crawford Arms continuing through Wigan Golf Course and re-joing the canal. Continue along to Adlington past the two marinas then stopping off for an ice-cream at Fredericks. Continue along to Botany Bay or stop off just before at The Lock and Quay pub. |
