1. A lovely scenic ride through the Medway valley that should take between 60 and 80 minutes. The route is very flat and 85% on very quiet rural lanes. Great for a summers evening passing through the picturesque villages of Laddingford and Yalding.
Starting at Wagon Lane (Maidstone Road end) follow the lane to the end and left turn onto Darman Lane all the way to Laddingford. Turn left onto Claygate Lane and then right to Lees Road.
Follow the road through Yalding and out to Benover on the Benover Road and turn right down Emmet Hill Lane at the beautiful thatched cottage.
At the end turn left down Claygate Lane which becomes Sperry Lane until the end and then turn right onto Maidstone Road and then right onto Churn Lane.
Follow the lane through Pearson's Green and turn right onto Queen Street through the hamlet of Queen Street before finally turning left back onto Wagon Lane.
