Cycle Steps |
1. Mostly quite country roads. Dunstable to Toddington. Then through Woburn Park and the Brickhills to the Three Locks (20 mile stop for a shandy?).
Continue down through L/Buzzard following the Wing Road then the Horton Rd to Ivinghoe - alternate route (if not in a hurry) is to follow the towpath all the way from the Three Locks to Grove)
Then a gentle climb from Dagnal to Studham and then again from Studham to the Downs, then downhill back to the start. |

2. Get of the the Train at Eastbourne and go along the coast towards Brighton. |

3. Stay on the coast untill Bognor Regis and you will have to go in land for a bit. Keep going towards Portsmouth. |

4. At Portsmouth, go over the Bridge and enter the New Forest. |
|
5. Use the A roads and go towards Western Super Mere |
