Cycle Steps
1. Start point is the top of Unthank road in Norwich. From there go to UEA and then take the Earlham road down to Colney. At the main traffic light turn right and follow the road to Bawburgh, then to Marlingford, Great Melton and until you reach Wymondham. Cross the town in direction of A11. After crossing over the A11 turn to the left towards Ketteringham and then turn right on St Thomas Lane. Before reaching East Carleton turn right for a secondary access road (closed to traffic) Lotus Factory and keep going past the factory until you reach the B1113. Then turn left and the road until it meets the Norwich road. Turn left on the Norwich road and the first on the right to Flordon, and from there to Saxilingham Nethergate after carefully crossing the A140 (first down on the right along the A140 and then the first on the left). From there go to Upper Stoke via Shotensham, and then down to Caister St Edmund. Follow the Stoke road until it meets the Barrett road (A146). Cross it, then turn immediately to the left and join the old railway route to Sainsbury's. From there go through the old hospital area until rejoining the Unthank road.
