| 1. This route starts at Red Lodge and goes out through Tuddenham, Cavenham and Barrow. It then returns to Red Lodge via Denham, Dalham and Kentford. The first 6 miles or so consists of a mix of tarmac and dirt track, so a mountain bike is essential. The road between Cavenham and Barrow, and coming out of Dalham both consist of fairly steep climbs on tarmac. | |
