1. This is a long route using National Cycle routes, starting off in E'Portusing CR70 (cycle route 70)this is using roads and lanes in the E'port area upto Childer Thornton using Heath Roadto CR56 The Wirral Way. This is an excellent route with hardly no traffic except on road crossings and routes to take you back onto CR56. This will take you all the way upto West Kirby, passing great countryside, golf courses and marshelands lots of wildlife to see and a great opportunity to get that camera out. At the end of CR56 you take a left onto Grange Road and left onto Dee Lane at the bottom past Morrisons you hit the South Parade were you can take in a well deserved break. Head back onto Grange Road/Meols Drive and take a left onto The Kings Gap, this will take you onto North Parade/Meola Parade all the way along the coastline. You will then join the route past Leasowe Golf Club and Wallasey Golf Club onto Kings Parade. Take Harrison Drive/Bayswater Road and rejoin CR56, there are bridge repairs on the M56 bridge which diverts you a little through the B&Q carpark but you can easily pick the route back up again. From here this is well sign posted with route signs and stickers on lamp posts, were it will bring you back onto the Wirral Way at Parkgate. You follow the same route back into E'Port.
