Cycle Steps
1. From the Holloway Bank Canal Bridge head towards Great Bridge and take a left at Tame Valley Junction, follow that around to the Oldbury Road Canal Bridge. Here you will have to cross the bridge to get to the towpath on the other side of the canal. From there it's a good smooth run all the way to Wolverhampton. The difficult part of this journey is the 330m Coseley Tunnel, which isn't too pleasant in going through. There is steel railings all along but it is incredibly dark and makes it very hard to actually cycle, as the path is only about 2ft wide. As a result, you expend a lot of energy trying to avoid hitting the lime soaked wall and the railings, as either could result in a fall into the canal. Just make sure you have some very good lights with you.
