1. This is a road route, almost split evenly into the A488 and country lanes, that is suitable for road bikes, as it is tarmac all the way!. Stiperstones is a very hard, steep climb in parts. I started and finished my ride from the Inn on The Green Pub, Bank Farm Road (off the A488), Radbrook.

The Cock Inn pub, Hanwood. Pontesford, Police station. Minsterly Primary school. Turn left at Ploxgreen crossroads, there's a bench on right hand side. Stiperstones Inn pub. The Bog, tourist information Nature reserve stiperstones. Down towards Pulverbatch. Longden Road. Back at Inn on the Green Pub, Radbrook!
