| 1. From Greenwood Road, over the Transporter and out along mixed route of roads, cycle routes and footpaths through Grangetown to Redcar on the coast. Sticking to the coast road, take in Marske and Saltburn before turning inland on the A173 through the ancient market town of Guisborough at the foot of Eston Hills. Run back into Middlesborough along Flatts Lane through tree lined fields then past Teeside Autodrome (car and karting), Riverside Park then over the Transporter Bridge and back to the start. |
