| 1. Leaving North Hykeham, and following the route to A17. Take detour through Leadenham (to avoid heaavy traffic on Leadenham bypass). Follow A 17 after leadenham , and head toward Byards leap. Turn right and head for Ancaster and on to roundabout at Spital gate level outside Grantham. Take first exit posted as Bourne. Continue 16 miles to Bourne. At Bourne road, turn left towards Bourne. Left at cross roads in town, and head for A 15 Lincoln. Arrive at sleaford after 15 miles. Takw turn for Silk willoughby outside Sleaford and head into Sleaford town. At traffic lights in centre, turn right and head for Ruskinton. Follow rout for approx 10 miles and take left for Navenby. At Navenby turn right and head for Wadding ton hill. Descenc hil and take left and immediate right. heading towards North Hykeham. Rout Approx. 80 miles (6 Hours) (Lincoln to Bourne = 46 miles, Bourne to Lincoln = 34). |
