Cycle Steps
1. Minimal road riding, ride to Hanger Lane and join the cycle path, when you get to the underpass go over towards Twyford abbey road join there and the canal is further down on your left. Teh ride is pretty easy, it breaks up near Paddington where you have to join the road for about 5 minutes and ride parallel to the canal due to the people that life alongside. There are about 3 exits which go in towards Regents Park when you join the canal, I prefer to go round the ring road, some people cut across the park. The canal path is not too busy, but gets a little narrow in parts. Not the quickest, but a lot easier if you want a quieter and safer route. Can take anywhere between 40 - 60 mins depending on how quick you are going.
Landmarks/Sites to see?
Ealing Broadway Station, Regents Park, London Zoo, Grand Union Canal Path, Sainsburys about half way through the route.
