| 1. This is a 12 mile town and country loop of the Wallington, Carshalton and Woodcote areas. The first half is a long and steady climb to Banstead roundabout and should take around 30-40mins. By taking the first exit you join the road back to Purley Way(A2022) and although actually longer than the first leg, it is generally downhill which makes it faster. Dont be fooled though, there are some suprising short steep hills on the route back(so you still need to put some decent effort in!). That sould take around 20mins so altogether 12miles in 1hr.
