Cross Keys public house in Epperstone serves a good selection of food and ales, Gonalstone farm shop has a deli counter with a take away service including sausage and bacon cobs etc. Magna Carta in Lowdham also has a good menu and selection of ales. Biondi Bistro in Gunthorpe is excellent for snacks, cakes, hot and cold drinks as well as an extensive
menu with an Italian feel. Staff are very friendly and the service is quick however, it can get very busy and the grassy area to the front is out of bounds if you want to sit there as it doesn't belong to them.
