|A pleasant 10 mile route taking in some beautiful local scenery and a historic Through Arch Bridge on a leafy riverside path along the Tyne Valley.
Despite a difficult 2 mile stretch between Prudhoe Trading Estate and Crawcrook along a busy main road, this is well worth a few hours of your time.

|Hagg Bank Bridge, a beautiful mini Tyne Bridge for cyclists and walkers only.
Long stretches of designated cycle paths from Wylam to Low Prudhoe.
Gorgeous Tyne Valley scenery with park benches and a picnic area and country park facilities (including toilets) at Low Prudhoe.
This has an excellent flat safe stretch through the trading estate with roundabouts at each end if you wish to build up speed practice and stamina on this mile long road.
Bicycle repair shop signposted on the right opposite Prudhoe Mill halfway through the trading estate.
Some good pubs in Wylam.
