|This is a very short inner city circuit, but is good for training.
The idea is to either lap it as many times as possible (till you run out of puff), or to time each lap for consistancy of pacing, or to time each run for improvement in pace and fitness.
In my last effort I did 5 laps in about 74 minutes.
