Using the Sustrans cycle route from Skellingthorpe, enter Lincoln, you will need to dismount and cross the pedestrianised High Street and follow the River Witham past Wilkinsons. Cross the footbridge over Broadway. Regain the road past Stamp End Lock. Rejoin the Sustrans route to Washingborough. Right at the mini roundabout towards Heighington.Left then right to Branston. Across at the lights. Left at the Scopwick sign. Five great miles to Scopwick - watch out for the junctions. Right in Scopwick. Through Digby RAF base then at the end of B1191 turn right onto A15 for about 200 metres - this is a busy road so take care! Next left onto Welingore road to Navenby. In Navenby turn left then right onto Church Lane. Down a big hill then long straight. Right at the bottom. Left at the next junction and follow onto Brant Road in Lincoln.
