| Southwater to Shipley vai Mill Straight and Shipley Road. Care at staggered junction when crossing A272. Continue on Pound Lanetill it meets with Countryman lane and Swallow Lane, continuing left into Swallow lane and follow to Dial Post. Continue through the village to the A24 at Old Barn Nursery. Cross a24 with extreme caution (dismount and Walk!). Join Grinders Lane then Honey Bridge lane and follow all the way to Ashurst. Turn Right on Horsham Road towards Steyning (B2135. Turn Right onto A283 Washington Road and follow to Wiston Turn off, turning Right into Water Lane. At Wiston Coninue Straight ahead into Hole Street ( sp Ashinghton). Use the underpass at the A24 and contine into Ashington Village, joining the B2133 Billingshurst Road. At Spear Hill turn Right and follow into Hooklands Lane to ward Broomers Corner, join Countryman Lane till it meets Smithers lane and turn left towards the A272. Cross the A272 toward Dragons Green (Dragons Green Rd). Follow all the way through to Marlpost Road to reurn to Southwater via Bonfre Hill |
