Cycle Steps
A short cruise loop from St Albans, on quiet roads mainly.

You can start anyway in St Albans as long as you can get onto Harpendon Road (A1081)

Cycling through Hatching Green, Harpenden, Gustard Wood, and Sandridge. This should only take you a couple of hours and is very tame. Nice cycle though.

This is a really nice ride, going through some very picturesque country side. There are 2 or 3 pretty challenging hills which got the legs burning nicely. I'll definitely be doing this ride again.

Very good for a training cyclist and will do it many more times. There are lots of hills which is good if you wish to build your stamina

Loved this after we'd got off the main Harpenden road. Will probably do it in reverse, to Hyde and back, and miss out the A1081 altogether if do again. 2 or 3 good hills!!
