|5 Bells to Smeeth. Cross A20 thru Mersham passing Farriers Arms Public House to Lympne. Down to the coast via Botolphs Bridge and then follow A259 thru Hythe and Sandgate on the coast road. Turn left on Military Road and via Cheriton to A20. At roundabout take exit to Etchinghill, Newbarn and Lyminge. Take Longage Hill thru Rhodes Minnis then Stelling Minnis. Proceed to Stowting Via Stowting Hill and the Tiger Inn Public House. At top of Stocks Lane Brabourne you can turn left back to the 5 Bells for the 32 mile route or carry on for the 55 mile route via Timberbatts Public House at Bodsham and on to Wye. Thru Wye and up White Hill to A251, left on A251 to Kennington thru Willesborough Lees and pass William Harvey Hospital (in case you need oxygen)!Thru Hinxhill and Brook pass the Honest Miller Public House and turn right to Brabourne. Right down stocks lane to 5 Bells public House 55 miles completed.....congratulations!|
