|From Upminster Station, along Hall Lane, across the A127, right up to Harrold Wood, Hall Lane (T junction) turn right, instant left, follow Nags Head Lane all the way through, over M25 (plenty of hills).
Hit traffic lights, Nags Head Pub on left, (good food). Across Wiley Bush Lane,over A12 up hill struggle need good gears. turn right in to Weald Road heading towards Brentwood. More heavy hills. Carry on Weald Rd.
Come to the end of Weald Rd turning right in to High Street, across in to Shenfield Rd, plenty down hill. Come to traffic lights, stop for rest in park on your left or visit bike shop on your right. Turn right in to Hutton Rd, right in to Mount Ave, follow all the way through nice sights/houes. right turn in to Hanging Hill Lane, all the way through to A128/Brentwood Rd.
Turn left nice run up and down hills. Across A127 in to Tilbury Rd turning right in to Station Rd all the wat to West Horndon, over the station in to St Mart's Lane, flat run all the way in to Upminster under M25, Thatched House Pub on left, good Ale. Come to Station Rd traffic light turn right in to Upinster Station. Job done, nice ride

The top of Wiley Bush you have South Weald Park, great sights.
All in all there is some great sights and great pubs on this route. Well worth an early morning run.
