Cycle Steps
Take the Fen Ditton Road out of Waterbeach. In Fen Ditton, turn left to a brief stretch of the A1303 and pick up the cycle path, cross the A14, and take the B1102 to Swaffham Prior. Follow the no.51 cycle route to Reach, then the no.11 to Wicken. Follow the A1123 to Earith. Take the Shelford's road to Willingham, left along Church Street, into Priest Lane and Iram Drove (not good on a road bike). Head through Cottenham to Landbeach and cross over the A10 back into Waterbeach.
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Wicken Fen is lovely for walking. The cycle route across it was ok on a touring bike, but might be a bit rough on a road bike.
Anglesey Abbey is also on the route. There are plenty of places to stop for refreshments.
