Cycle Steps
Starting at Watford Junction Station, we headed towards Casiobury Park, down the main road to the Grand Union Canal.

Get on the canal and literally follow all the way (approx 20 miles) along the well trodden towpath, it has a decent surface all of the way.

Then instead of taking the Paddington Arm, we carried on to the river Brent, It was very difficult to follow the river, but quite pretty none the less.

Then we had to rejoin the Regents canal at Hanger Lane, and follow this all of the way to Mile End, with only two interruptions where you have to leave the canal, one just before Regents park and the other at Islington, but otherwise, straight through to the end at Mile End, or you can carry on to Limehouse basin.

Great trip, nice views, and relatively easy.
