We ride on 3 different days, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The weekday rides are currently development and training rides, leaving at 7pm for just over an hour session. The Tuesday Club ride meets at the Tyre Station in Greenfaulds. Meeting at 6:50pm to arrange groups and group leaders and starting off at 7pm for a 3 or 4 anti-clockwise loop around Cumbernauld (15/20 miles). There will several groups for varing abilities. Fast group 20+ mph average, Fast Intermediate 17+ mph, Slower Intermediate 15+ mph and Base group as fast as the group will allow, no one gets dropped from here. There also may be the choice of splitting the groups before the ride to cater for differing parts of training, numbers allowing. The Thursday Club ride meets at the Tyre Station in Greenfaulds.
