I've been riding solo around Suffolk for some years, too old for competition at 38 I still enjoy a good spin and look to acheive 17 to 21 MPH regularly on solo rides (conditions and legs dependent!). Am looking to find road riders of similar speed to perhaps start a regular ride with on a Sunday morning at 09:30 hrs Gt Eastern Square, through out the year, tho perhaps lowering the milage in winter months. Regular rider and supporter of charity events, am currently riding to Colchester to hook up with riders at 53-12 for 30 mile run... would prefer something nearer to home especially with the winter looming. First loops starting Sept'08 out toward Martlesham Red lion, back to Ipswich and home with options to extend through out if desired.
