Starting from East London, this is a 59 mile bike ride, through the quiet lanes and villages of south Essex, to Southend-on Sea. The route soon has you out of town, and there are stops along the way for lunch and tea. The Finish is in the pretty gardens of Priory Park, Southend, where you can relax and enjoy refreshments, music and sports massage, before making your way home.
