Cycling The Loire

Joined: 13 Jul 2013 Posts: 1 Bike: | Hello Lady M: I hope you get to make the Loire Valley trip. A couple of years ago I started at Blois and biked to Angers. The route is not well marked, and there is not very much non-traffic bike paths. A couple of must sees: Villandry with its gardens and, if you are a history buff, Fontevraud with the tombs of Eleanor of Aquitaine, her husband Henry II, and her son Richard the Lionheart.
