Im currently riding a Dawes sport comp 2009, drop down handlebars, aero bars, dynamo lights, U lock. But I wanted to see if anyone could give me any advice on: Equipment, Insurance abroad, Where I can get cheap cycling clothing, Panniers, Where to purchase energy drinks and foods, Cheap indoor trainers. And anything else which you may think is required? I am starting my training at the start of June and would also like to know of any good routes to ride, which dont have much traffic, nice ground and are generally pleasent to ride on, preferably deserted country roads? Any feedback would be much appreciated. Darien Ford |

I won't be able to help you if you're in London, but maybe others can if they know where abouts you live/want to train. Sounds like an interesting trek tho... good luck with the training |
