Joined: 25 Feb 2011 Posts: 3 Bike: | Hi is there anyone interested in joining up for a mountain bike ride in Swinley Forest/Look Out near Bracknell or other local forests, 10 miles/1 hour at a leisurely pace on a Sunday morning? Or When the weather gets better (dryer & milder) available for a 15 – 25 mile road cycle ride – 15 mph ish pace, starting in or near to Crowthorne, Berkshire (RG45)? When the evenings get lighter, could meet for evening rides - road or forest. 40+ male returning to cycling and trying to keep motivated and fit!! Simon |
