Joined: 01 May 2012 Posts: 1 Bike: | Hi, Ive just found this forum so i new to this sort of thing. Seems a good idea. I usually cycle all over Essex , just put the bike on the car and Go. I usually do about 20-30 miles in 1.5- 2 hours ( on or off road )and then have a rest ( Pub or cafe stop) I know the Epping/ north london area prity well so if your about ( any day given abit of notice) and fancy a ride simply mail and we'll sort out a route, regards, Paul. |
