I am not a speed freak, so am planning on the trip taking around 3 1/2 hours at a leisurely pace. Would love a bit of company if anyone would like to join in. Steve |

The route can be found at the following location: http://www.wakefieldhospice.org/Resources/Wakefield%20Hospice/Documents/38%20ml%20Bike%20ride%202012.pdf If you haven't cycled around Wakefield much it is a great route to take as it opens up all the local cycle paths and takes in most of the local attractions such as Sandal castle, Pugneys, Nostel priory,Newmiller Dam, Anglers Park and more.
