Joined: 15 Jun 2013 Posts: 2 Bike: | hi Becky, do u like do longer rides on weekends, am from sunderland and i went up to consett the other weekend was good ride out, i like do longer rides on some weekends, i like try do hexham, allenheads, Hartlepool, i was going get the train from sunderland to hexham then cycle home. i would welcome people to do longer rides with on some weekends when weather was good for it i don't believe in cycling when weather not great, i know on the train there only let 2 bikes on one train which is not great rules but can't do anything about it, i did allenheads last year and got lost took 13 hours to get to the hotel silly me took the long way went down a but hill then slow as can be going up another hill as i had loads of bags on my bike and the weight was loads to carry and i keep stopping and eating sweets then carry on riding was crazy times, i can't do any little rides around Newcastle way on week nights but if u were up for any other rides on weekends would be great. from chris. |
