I have only been riding on and off for about 2 years. I am feeling very chuffed with myself today as I just did a 20mile ride in 1hr22 and then ran for 22minutes. All without needing an ambulance. lol I would be very keen to meet somewhere for a ride. I have a bike rack waiting to be used got it last year before I went and got ill and never use it. If you are a super fast rider then I may not be the right person for you so I understand if you dont want to. You can see from above I an doing about 13mph average speed. |
