cant this weekend im booked up lol
take a new starter out on saturday about 11ish was going to try and take him to parkhead .....
sunday 9 am im with work mates having a ride down the derwent walk down to the rugby club swallwell .
our meeting will have to wait grrrrr

A 63 mile coincidence.
I'm just back from a 63 mile afternoon tour of Derwent Reservoir.
Route 7 to Consett was relatively sheltered and as I did not fancy the famous Waskerley headwind I went a safer north east to the reservoir via Shotley Bridge.
The return wind was always going to be a road treat and I had my fastest average for long ride in many a year.

I'm out Sunday and maybe even Saturday too so may join you unless I have had too big a Saturday. WFCG looks a bit too short even with 20 miles to/fro the meet point.
I wonder if Dave is up for it?
