400 Miles to Suffolk!

I am a MA student on a Producing for TV and Film course at Bournemouth Uni and for a masters project a friend of mine wants to do a charity cycle ride from Poole, Dorset to Ipswich, Suffolk. We are planning of filming the project and I'm helping produce it, and so I am looking for Cycle Routes, advice on equipment, typical training and other info to get the project on track. We're planning to cycle in June, there will be 3 or 4 cyclists and we are planning to travel as much as possible along the south coast of England, which should make the journey about 400 miles. Also we are raising money for children's charity. Any Advice or tips etc that anyone can offer would be much appreciated! Cheers Simon. |
