Looking for a good ~200mi 4-5 day ride

Joined: 22 Mar 2015 Posts: 1 Bike: | Wife and I have a week free at the end of May and are looking to do a 4-5 day ride somewhere within a couple hours of London. She's not the most experienced cyclist, so we're trying to keep it to no more than 40mi a day, but we're looking for some ideas. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
